Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is received, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the item received, the original packaging, and the shipping label.

Nobody Knows reserves the right to approve or deny any claim. Claims will not be accepted for normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Nobody Knows is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
